Their design of our homes’ structural components allows for an exceptional level of insulation. All Countylife homes meet a minimum EPC rating of B or above, this combined with high-quality double-glazed windows and doors, air pressure testing, and energy and water efficient appliances, make Countylife homes more energy efficient, cheaper to run and greener.
To add their green credentials, all Countylife homes are powered by air source heat pumps making maximum use of green energy and minimising their carbon footprint.
